At the UNIS Invitational 2023, hosted in Hanoi over the weekend, 55 talented Stingrays from various age groups dove into the competition. The event drew an impressive turnout, with 23 schools participating and a total of 650 swimmers making waves.

The Stingrays’ performance was nothing short of remarkable, culminating in a 3rd place overall finish when it came to total points earned. Let’s take a closer look at the standout achievements of the individual swimmers:

Girls Age 9-10:

Chaeyoon, age 10, secured the 2nd place with an outstanding individual score.

Boys Age 9-10:

Andy, at just 9 years old, showcased his talent, earning 2nd place.

Chase, age 10, also demonstrated his prowess, finishing in a commendable 3rd place.

Girls Age 11-12:

Youna, age 12, emerged as the top scorer in her category, clinching 1st place.

Lucy, age 11, made the Stingrays proud by securing 3rd place.

Boys Age 11-12:

Seoyoon, age 12, exhibited exceptional skill, taking the 1st place in his age group.

Boys Age 15 and Over:

Namyoon, age 15, further solidified the Stingrays’ dominance, earning 1st place in the 15 and over category.

The Stingrays’ collective effort resulted in a remarkable medal haul, including 16 golds for both individual and relay events, an impressive 30 silvers, and 15 bronze medals. These achievements underscore the team’s dedication, hard work, and undeniable talent in the pool.

The UNIS Invitational 2023 was an outstanding showcase of swimming prowess, and the Stingrays left a significant mark, bringing home a well-deserved 3rd place finish, as well as a treasure trove of medals. Congratulations to the swimmers, coaches, and everyone involved in this remarkable journey!

The ISHCMC Swim Invitational 2023 was an event filled with excitement, sportsmanship, and outstanding performance by the participating schools. The Invitational was held on 13 & 14 May at our secondary campus, with around 12 schools bringing in roughly 512 swimmers who took part in the competition. 91³Ô¹ÏÍø was proud to have 107 Stingrays competing at the Invitational, and there were over roughly more than 900 people attending the swim meet, including spectators, coaches, teams/participants, and supporting staff.

The Invitation was indeed on fire, filled with hearty and tremendous cheers for the talented swimmers. When asked about the atmosphere during the matches, Ms. Alice – The Aquatics Manager shared,

Our Stingrays have put in their best efforts to achieve their goals, and it showed in the outstanding performance they put on display. The most memorable moments were the relays and the Medal ceremony, shared by Mr. Sami.

The Swim Invitational was a chance for the swimmers to showcase their dedication and commitment after months of effortless practice. It was a platform for them to showcase their skills and capabilities, and they did not disappoint. The great sportsmanship between the swimmers and the teams that took part in the Swim Invitational was commendable, which truly made the event a success.

The 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Swim Invitational 2023 was an exceptional event that showcased sportsmanship, dedication, and commitment. It was a memorable event, and we look forward to the next Swim Invitational with great anticipation.

We are thrilled to announce that our Rhinos girls and boys football teams recently won a treble, SISAC D2 Champs, ASAC tournament and SISAC City finals! This historical achievement is a testament to the teams’ hard work, dedication, and passion for the game.

It was indeed a fiery season filled with victory, loss and most importantly, the greatest enthusiasm from our wonderful players! It’s not easy to win one championship, let alone three in a single season. But, our Rhinos boys and girls football teams have shown that it has what it takes to be champions. They have worked hard, practiced harder, and played with passion and determination.

Solidarity is one of the most important elements that made up our epic wins. Not only did our players play for themselves, but also played for the whole team, as well as the whole school!

The players and coaches deserve all the credit for this incredible feat. They have put in countless hours of practice and have worked tirelessly to achieve their goals. They have shown that it takes teamwork, commitment, and a never-give-up attitude to succeed.

The Stingrays team from ISHCMC proudly participated in the Swim Invitational held in Hanoi last weekend. The team displayed outstanding levels of performance, securing both first and advanced positions in several categories and winning numerous medals. The event was a showcase of enthusiasm, challenge, and heroic performances by our talented swimmers, who improved their results and gave their best efforts. It is worth noting that some of our Stingrays were able to enhance their results by more than 8 seconds, a testimony to their hard work and dedication.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all our Stingrays team champions who delivered excellent performances, leading them to win the first positions in the Swim Invitational.

Minh Tri secured the 2nd position in the under-8 boys category. Lucy proved to be a star by winning the 1st place in the 9-10 girls’ category. Francesca, in the same category, earned a respectable 2nd place. In the 9-10 boys’ category, Kai made an admirable improvement to place a well-deserved 3rd position. Seoyoon showcased an impressive performance, winning the 1st place in the 11-12 boys’ category.

The 13-14 girls’ category saw an excellent performance by Enna, who secured a well-deserved 1st place. NamYoon distinguished himself in the 13-14 boys’ category, also emerging as the 1st place. Joel won the 3rd position in the same category. Kennedy displayed an exceptional performance, winning the 1st place in the 15 & over girls’ category.
