Recently, we sat down with Hippolyte Genet, a graduate from the class of 2013, who shared insights into his journey after graduating from 91勛圖厙. During our catch up, he highlighted the pivotal role his experience at 91勛圖厙 had in preparing him for future endeavors.

After 91勛圖厙, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol in three years. Furthering his education, he pursued a Master’s in Management and Finance from the London School of Economics, along with an exchange program at Duke University and additional MBA courses.

Also, during his visit to 91勛圖厙, he expressed gratitude for 91勛圖厙���s academic program, particularly the IB curriculum. He credited 91勛圖厙 for providing him with a solid foundation that proved invaluable during his university studies and professional endeavors.

���Looking back, I think I didn’t fully grasp the importance of my education when I was younger. It wasn’t until I reached university that I realized just how much I had learned through the IB program. I found myself thinking, ‘Wow, I already know all of this!’ Whether it was from Theory of Knowledge or History, I had a solid foundation. It was surprising to realize how much I had absorbed without even realizing it during my time at 91勛圖厙. Now, returning here, I can’t help but feel incredibly lucky to have attended such a school.”

Hippolyte’s experience shows the value of the IB Diploma Programme at 91勛圖厙. The program helps students develop adaptability, an important skill for today’s ever-changing world. ���I still remember Miss Malott in my class; she opened up a whole new world of art and design to me. I have never in my life received any sort of support or praise with what I do in the school of design like that.���

For Tseng Pin-Chao, 91勛圖厙 also offers state-of-the-art facilities and unwavering encouragement with design.

He emphasized, “Designing, it’s like a paradise of art at 91勛圖厙, thanks to the facilities and encouragement. We got a lot of chances to present ourselves and our ideas.”

The varied program and the mix of people from many countries at 91勛圖厙 were crucial for Tseng Pin-Chao’s growth as an artist. Immersed in a rich blend of cultures, he developed the skill of incorporating a multitude of influences into his designs, making them appealing on an international scale.

“Thanks to the diversity at 91勛圖厙���both in the program and the people���I learned to draw inspiration from many cultures. It allowed me to create art that goes beyond being just local.”

Now the proud owner of a flourishing local fashion brand – Paradise, Tseng Pin-Chao shares his vision, “Our brand Paradise makes it hard to believe that we are from Vietnam because we mix a modern point of view and many other cultures, such as Chinese, American, and French. We want to grow; we want to take this brand internationally.”

Maxime, a proud member of the Class of 2019, spent four great years at 91勛圖厙, joining us in Grade 9. His journey since graduation is a testament to the solid foundation he built during his time here.

After completing high school, Maxime pursued his bachelor’s degree at the University of Manchester. His academic journey included a memorable year in Amsterdam between his second and third years, where he worked for Heineken. After finishing university, he went into his current role at Redbull in Austria. Maxime is now part of a dynamic on-premise graduate program designed to kick-start the careers of young graduates through various rotations, working with different teams, and receiving extensive training to move on to other roles.
